National Policing Plan 2003-2006
The National Policing Plan for England and Wales, published on 20 November 2002, sets out for the first time the Government's strategic priorities for the police service for the next three years.
The pdf version of the Plan has an interactive contents list which will enable you to navigate the document more easily. Owing to an administrative error, the key performance indicator for domestic violence was omitted during typesetting. It reads:
